Balancing career and parenthood isn’t always easy, but having the right support makes all the difference. At PageGroup, the Families at Page community has been invaluable, offering guidance and encouragement from those who truly understand the journey. The Phase Back Program allowed new mums to ease back into work at a comfortable pace, rather than diving in all at once. Most importantly, the flexible work arrangements give me the space to manage both my professional and personal responsibilities without feeling like I must choose between them.
 

What advice would you offer to working mothers preparing to re-enter the workforce?

You can have it all - maybe not all at once, but more than you think. Believe in your capabilities and take it one step at a time. A positive, can-do mindset not only helps you navigate this transition but also sets a strong example for your kids. Most importantly, the sense of achievement - both personally and professionally - makes the journey even more rewarding.
