"I joined Michael Page in August 2017, fresh out of university as an Associate Consultant. I was looking for a sales-oriented, consultative role in a company that had a strong team culture and supportive environment. From my very first conversations with the team, I could sense the energy and camaraderie - it felt like a place where I could thrive. That gut feeling turned out to be right, and what started as my first job has since grown into a fulfilling long-term career."

How have you grown with PageGroup?

Over the past seven years, I’ve had four promotions and gone from managing my own desk to leading a team of 10. I started mentoring others as a Senior Consultant and gradually took on larger responsibilities, now proudly managing a dual-discipline team across Sales & Marketing and HR. A key milestone was when two of my Associate Consultants got promoted alongside me - a moment that truly reflected our shared growth. Another highlight was returning from maternity leave and being entrusted with an even bigger team, showing the trust and support PageGroup has in its leaders. Along the way, there’s been plenty of laughter, overseas team trips, and big personal milestones - getting married and becoming a mom!

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding moments are when my team members achieve their breakthroughs - whether it’s their first placement, their first bonus, or earning a long-awaited promotion. I especially love hearing positive feedback from clients, knowing that someone on my team delivered exceptional work and applied the best practices we’ve shared. It’s a fast-paced environment, but I genuinely enjoy being present and available for my team every day. They keep me on my toes, and no two days ever feel the same, which is what I love most about this job.

How do you navigate your career at PageGroup while balancing parenthood, and what forms of support have been most impactful in your journey?

Being a working mom is a daily juggle, but I’ve been incredibly supported by PageGroup every step of the way. Having the ownership to manage my time and schedule makes a huge difference, especially when balancing a big team and a little one at home. It’s also comforting to have a network of fellow Moms at PageGroup to exchange advice, parenting stories, or even laugh about the chaos. I’ve learned that it’s okay for routines to shift, and while sticking to a timetable isn’t always easy, it helps to set one that works for you. It takes time to adapt, but knowing you’re in a culture that respects both your career and your role as a parent makes all the difference.
