"I first learned about recruitment through a former colleague who shared a friend’s positive experience. Curious, I started researching and came across Michael Page as one of Singapore’s leading recruitment firms. Impressed by their reputation, I sent in my resume. The Talent Acquisition team contacted me the next day, marking the start of my career pivot into recruitment. After seven years in banking, I was ready for a new challenge but wanted to stay in a front-facing, relationship-driven role. Throughout the interview process, the strong chemistry with the team and the clear career progression they outlined made my decision easy. They were transparent about how I could fast-track my growth, even though I was joining at a consultant level midway through my career."
