What advice would you give to graduates looking to join the recruitment industry?

Be open to feedback, and remember - you don’t know what you don’t know. Recruitment is a dynamic industry where you interact with professionals across different industries, functions, and seniority levels, exposing you to perspectives you never considered before. Growth comes from embracing these learning opportunities with humility and adaptability. Most importantly, always lead with integrity and professionalism, even in challenging situations. Your reputation is built on how you handle difficult conversations, and choosing to act with kindness, fairness, and a solutions-driven mindset will set you apart as a trusted recruiter.
 

What is the most rewarding part of your job?

The most rewarding part of my job is being able to make a meaningful impact on people - both within my team and with the clients I support. Growing as a leader has taught me to mentor and empower others to discover their strengths, build confidence, and thrive in ways authentic to who they are.
