Our client is a globally recognised software technology company that develops collaborative digital solutions used by organisations worldwide.

Job Description

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across key commercial business functions (non tech) for 2 countries
  • Partner closely with leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality talent across APAC
  • Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive market engagement
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey
  • Utilise recruitment data and market insights to improve hiring outcomes and influence decision-making
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance recruitment processes and operational efficiency



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 7 years of end-to-end recruitment experience gained within an in-house or similar industries
  • Proven experience recruiting for commercial functions such as sales, marketing, customer success, or related teams
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence business leaders
  • Demonstrated success in talent sourcing and building pipelines for hard-to-fill positions
  • Experience developing recruitment strategies aligned to business growth objectives
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use hiring data to support decision-making
  • Exposure to recruiting across multiple APAC markets will be advantageous
  • Proficient in MS Office and ATS such as Greenhouse.
