This is a Senior Manager-level individual contributor role focused on hunting and closing enterprise and institutional clients for stablecoin-enabled payment and settlement solutions.You will own the full sales lifecycle across Web3, fintech and enterprise clients from pipeline generation and client engagement to solutioning, negotiation and deal closure.

The business enables enterprises and institutions to move, convert and settle value seamlessly across fiat and blockchain-based ecosystems.

With growing institutional adoption of stablecoin and Web3-enabled payment infrastructure across Asia, they are expanding their commercial team to drive new client acquisition across the region.

Job Description

  • Hunt and acquire new enterprise and institutional clients across Web3, fintech, payments and digital asset segments.
  • Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and pitching through to onboarding and deal closure.
  • Build relationships with senior stakeholders across C-suite, Treasury, Payments, Product and digital asset teams.
  • Apply a consultative sales approach, leveraging knowledge of stablecoins, APIs, blockchain-based payment flows and settlement infrastructure.
  • Work closely with Product, Compliance, Legal and Operations to structure scalable, client-specific solutions.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 7 years of B2B sales or business development experience within Web3, digital assets, fintech or payment infrastructure.
  • Proven ability to hunt, build pipeline and close enterprise or institutional clients from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of stablecoins, blockchain-based payment flows, digital asset infrastructure and cross-border settlement models.
  • Experience selling to fintechs, exchanges, wallets, payment platforms, infrastructure providers or institutional clients.
  • Commercially driven, proactive and comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
