Job Description

Commercial Leadership & Business Development

  • Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles for system solutions across rail infrastructure, station systems, digital platforms, and engineering technologies.
  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities within Singapore's public transport landscape.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline across metro systems, fare technologies, station equipment, software platforms, and operations‑support solutions.



Stakeholder Engagement & Account Management

  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders across the public transport ecosystem.
  • Engage regularly with authorities, operators, contractors, and ecosystem partners to understand priorities and upcoming projects.
  • Drive workshops and technical discussions with pre‑sales and solution teams to effectively position offerings.



Strategic Market Development

  • Support market expansion by identifying partnerships and assessing industry trends across Singapore and neighbouring markets.
  • Provide insights on regulatory developments and procurement approaches in the transport and rail sectors.
  • Enhance the organisation's visibility and positioning within the regional transportation technology space.



Cross‑Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with solution architects, engineering teams, and headquarters to align on proposals and delivery readiness.
  • Coordinate pricing, tender submissions, commercial strategies, and contract discussions across internal teams.

The Successful Applicant

  • Significant experience in the transportation, rail, mobility, or engineering technology sectors within Singapore.
  • Demonstrated success in selling complex infrastructure systems, technology platforms, or engineering solutions.
  • Strong understanding of Singapore's public transport ecosystem, including regulatory frameworks, procurement processes, and key industry stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to engage senior‑level clients and multi‑stakeholder environments.
  • Regional exposure across Southeast Asia is an advantage.
  • Ability to navigate long sales cycles, complex bids, and high‑value projects.
