Job Description

Based in Singapore, the Senior Director of Sales, Asia Pacific leads the regional sales organisation, owning revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion across the APAC region. The role partners closely with global Sales & Marketing leadership and cross-functional teams to align regional execution with global strategy while responding effectively to local customer and market dynamics.

Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Own and exceed regional revenue and growth targets through disciplined sales strategy and execution across APAC.
  • Lead all APAC sales activities with a primary focus on large MNC direct customers, supported by strategic channel partners.
  • Build and maintain senior-level relationships with large MNC direct customers, driving long-term strategic partnerships and revenue growth.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within key large MNC direct accounts and priority regional markets.
  • Lead, develop, and mentor a regional sales team covering strategic account management and channel sales execution.
  • Analyse market trends, customer insights, and performance data from large MNC direct customers to shape regional growth strategy.
  • Represent APAC within the global sales leadership team, contributing insights from large MNC direct customer engagement to enterprise strategy.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive B2B or industrial sales experience, including senior regional leadership roles.
  • Proven track record of delivering consistent revenue growth and exceeding targets in complex, multinational environments.
  • Strong experience managing large MNC direct customers and strategic global accounts across APAC.
  • Demonstrated success leading hybrid sales models, including direct key account and channel/distributor networks.
  • Strong commercial acumen, including P&L responsibility and disciplined sales execution.
  • Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills, with willingness to travel up to 50% regionally and internationally.
