Job Description

  • Lead and deliver regional sales strategy across Asia
  • Manage and grow key customer accounts within optical applications
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities into revenue
  • Partner with R&D and product teams to support technical solutions
  • Maintain robust pipeline management and CRM discipline
  • Monitor market trends, pricing, and competitor developments

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of experience in optical materials, polymers, or related sectors
  • Strong background in B2B sales and regional account management
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into commercial value
  • Proven experience working across Asian markets
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing capabilities
  • Self-driven, organised, and commercially focused
