Job Description

  • Supporting business development activities and identifying new sales opportunities
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers
  • Assisting in the full sales cycle, including pricing, negotiation, and order execution
  • Collaborating with internal teams such as operations, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth delivery
  • Monitoring market trends, pricing movements, and competitor activities
  • Gradually taking ownership of accounts and contributing to revenue growth

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, trading, or a related field
  • Strong commercial judgement with the ability to negotiate and close deals independently
  • Proactive, driven, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment
  • Analytical mindset with interest in market dynamics
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with clear revenue targets
