Job Description

Drive revenue growth through sales of food commodity products to B2B customers

Proactively identify and secure new customer accounts to expand market penetration

Build and maintain a strong pipeline through active prospecting and relationship development

Lead commercial discussions, including pricing strategy and contract negotiations

Manage structured sales deals across different customer segments

Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth execution and delivery

Develop long-term partnerships that support repeat business and sustained growth

The Successful Applicant

Minimum 4 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in food, meat, agriculture, or commodities

Exposure to trading or commodity-based sales (e.g. foodstuffs, agricultural products, raw materials) is highly valued

Strong commercial judgement with the ability to negotiate and close deals independently

Self-motivated, disciplined, and comfortable working with clear revenue targets

Analytical thinker with the ability to identify new opportunities and solve commercial challenges

Strong communication skills and confidence engaging with external stakeholders

Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard sales tools
