The business has grown into a top‑tier supplier to global OEMs and EMS customers, supported by advanced manufacturing and a diversified global customer footprint.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth across ASEAN.Lead, mentor, and manage a 30-40 pax regional sales team to achieve commercial targets.Maintain strong alignment with regional leadership and HQ through consistent communication and reporting.Manage strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships with OEM and EMS customers.Collaborate with global BUs to drive global account strategies across major EMS and multinational customers.Work closely with global marketing on product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive go‑to‑market plans.Oversee forecasting, budgeting, margin control, and overall commercial discipline.Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to support regional growth.Partner with supply chain, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and execution excellence.Support business development initiatives in India, Europe, and North America as required.The Successful ApplicantProven track record as Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Leader in electronic components (especially inductors or related passive components).Deep experience managing ASEAN sales markets and customer portfolios.Fluency in Mandarin for daily engagement with China HQ teams.Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.Success managing multinational or global strategic accounts.Willingness to travel regionally and globally.What's on OfferThis role offers a clear succession path toward the GM role, an opportunity to lead a large regional sales organisation, and the chance to shape multi‑region strategy across ASEAN, India, and North America.
