This is a senior commercial leadership role overseeing ASEAN while supporting global growth across India, Europe, and North America. The position is designed as a succession pipeline for the GM role and requires a sales leader with strong domain expertise in inductors and electronic components.

The business has grown into a top‑tier supplier to global OEMs and EMS customers, supported by advanced manufacturing and a diversified global customer footprint.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive sustainable, profitable revenue growth across ASEAN.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a 30-40 pax regional sales team to achieve commercial targets.
  • Maintain strong alignment with regional leadership and HQ through consistent communication and reporting.
  • Manage strategic key accounts, building long-term partnerships with OEM and EMS customers.
  • Collaborate with global BUs to drive global account strategies across major EMS and multinational customers.
  • Work closely with global marketing on product positioning, pricing strategy, and competitive go‑to‑market plans.
  • Oversee forecasting, budgeting, margin control, and overall commercial discipline.
  • Identify new market opportunities and industry trends to support regional growth.
  • Partner with supply chain, product, operations, and finance teams to ensure customer satisfaction and execution excellence.
  • Support business development initiatives in India, Europe, and North America as required.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven track record as Regional Sales Manager / Senior Sales Leader in electronic components (especially inductors or related passive components).
  • Deep experience managing ASEAN sales markets and customer portfolios.
  • Fluency in Mandarin for daily engagement with China HQ teams.
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and commercial acumen.
  • Success managing multinational or global strategic accounts.
  • Willingness to travel regionally and globally.
