This role is responsible for managing and expanding strategic datacentre customer relationships regionally, acting as a trusted advisor from early design through to execution. You will drive regional account strategies, co‑develop advanced cooling solutions, and lead high‑value commercial negotiations.

Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional account strategies for major datacentre customers regionally.
  • Build multi‑level relationships across customer organisations, from executive leadership to engineering and site teams
  • Engage customers early during concept and design phases to influence technical and commercial outcomes
  • Collaborate with customer engineering teams to co‑develop cooling solutions aligned to PUE, WUE and TCO targets
  • Act as the internal account lead, coordinating product, R&D, operations and supply chain stakeholders
  • Lead complex regional negotiations, including multi‑million‑dollar contracts.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Regional Account Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of enterprise or strategic sales experience within datacentre infrastructure
  • Strong exposure to cooling, power, or EPC solutions for mission‑critical facilities
  • Proven experience managing regional or multi‑country customer accounts
  • Solid understanding of datacentre cooling technologies and sustainability metrics
  • Demonstrated success negotiating large‑scale capital equipment contracts and long‑term agreements
