Job Description

  • Act as a strategic and hands‑on HR partner to regional leadership
  • Design organisation structure and workforce plans to support rapid scaling
  • Lead end‑to‑end hiring and team build‑out across SEA markets
  • Build compensation, performance and incentive frameworks from the ground up
  • Drive leadership development and succession planning initiatives
  • Establish core HR policies, processes and governance suitable for growth
  • Champion culture, engagement and change in a fast‑moving environment

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR Business Partner should have:

  • 8+ years of HR experience, including senior HR business partnering roles
  • Track record of building HR foundations in start‑up, scale‑up or transforming organisations
  • Strong experience in organisation design, hiring at pace and workforce scaling
  • Practical expertise in compensation design, performance management and talent development
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguous environments with limited structure
  • Experience supporting multi‑country or regional teams
