Job Description

  • Develop and execute regional channel sales strategies
  • Build and manage relationships with distributors, agents, and leasing partners
  • Identify new business opportunities to increase market penetration
  • Analyse market trends to optimise pricing and channel strategies
  • Enable channel partners to improve sales effectiveness and performance
  • Work cross-functionally to support product, marketing, and aftersales initiatives
  • Gather market insights and customer feedback to refine commercial approach

The Successful Applicant

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in the EV, automotive, or logistics sectors
  • Strong track record in business development and regional expansion
  • Commercially driven with experience shaping sales strategies and pricing models
  • Experience managing distributor and partner ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
