Job Description

  • Define and execute the APAC sales strategy aligned with global growth priorities
  • Drive early-stage client engagement to secure strategic positioning ahead of tenders
  • Lead major pursuits and high-impact opportunities across priority markets
  • Elevate sales discipline through structured processes, pipeline management and CRM rigour
  • Build strong collaboration across business lines, regions and global functions
  • Develop and coach commercial leaders across a geographically dispersed team
  • Strengthen client experience and long-term relationships at executive level

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years of senior commercial leadership experience within multinational environments
  • Proven track record leading regional or multi-country sales organisations
  • Strong background in strategic sales, complex deal pursuits and value-based pricing
  • Experience driving commercial or sales transformation at scale
  • Demonstrated ability to influence in matrixed, globally distributed organisations
  • Strong business and financial acumen with accountability for growth outcomes
