Job Description

  • Build, develop and manage strategic customer relationships across the APAC region
  • Engage deeply with client operations to understand cross-border trade processes and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Translate regulatory and supply chain challenges into tailored technological solution concepts
  • Work closely with consulting, product and implementation teams across multiple countries on project scoping and delivery
  • Lead conversations with a range of stakeholders, from operational teams to senior decision‑makers
  • Drive regional market expansion through thoughtful engagement, insight-sharing and trust-based partnerships

The Successful Applicant

A successful Business Development Manager will have:

  • 5+ years of experience in selling ERP, supply chain, logistics or other complex enterprise/SaaS solutions
  • Strong understanding of international trade flows, cross-border operations, or supply chain processes
  • Interest in customs regulations, trade compliance, and digital transformation within logistics
  • Ability to connect operational workflows with technology-driven solutions
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments with stakeholders across regions
  • Proactive, consultative, relationship-oriented commercial approach
  • Background in freight forwarding, logistics, customs brokerage, or enterprise systems (ERP/TMS/WMS) is advantageous
