With a strong presence across Asia Pacific, the organization partners with some of the world's most innovative companies to accelerate technological advancements across multiple high-growth industries.Job DescriptionDevelop and execute regional partner and channel strategies aligned to business growth objectives.Identify, recruit, onboard, and enable new partners across priority industries and markets.Drive joint business planning, demand generation initiatives, and pipeline development with partners.Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced revenue targets across Southeast Asia.Build and maintain executive-level relationships with distributors, VARs, system integrators, and strategic partners.Conduct regular business reviews and performance assessments to identify growth opportunities.Lead partner enablement efforts including training, certifications, and solution positioning.Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, operations, and technical teams to maximize partner success.Monitor market trends, competitor channel strategies, and emerging opportunities across the region.Expand partner coverage and strengthen ecosystem engagement across key growth verticals such as semiconductor, electronics, automotive, and data center markets.The Successful ApplicantBachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline.6+ years of experience in channel sales, partner management, alliance management, or indirect sales within technology-related industries.Proven success driving revenue growth through distributors, VARs, system integrators, or channel partners.Experience managing regional or multi-country markets, ideally across Southeast Asia.Strong commercial acumen with experience in business planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and partner development.Exposure to industries such as test & measurement, semiconductor, enterprise technology, networking, electronics, industrial technology, or related sectors will be highly advantageous.Excellent stakeholder management and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence senior executives and cross-functional teams.What's on OfferThis is an exciting opportunity to join a globally respected technology organization in a high-visibility regional role with direct impact on business growth across Southeast Asia.
