Job Description

  • Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with business objectives
  • Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, retention, and succession planning
  • Drive employee engagement, culture, and organisational development
  • Ensure compliance with local labour laws and HR governance standards
  • Support organisational design, transformation, and change initiatives
  • Oversee HR operations including payroll, HRIS, and employee records
  • Partner business leaders while leading and developing the HR team

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • 8+ years of HR full spectrum experience within FMCG and/or manufacturing environment
  • Strong knowledge of employment regulations and HR compliance practices
  • Proven ability to lead HR teams and manage end-to-end HR functions
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
  • Hands-on and strategic mindset with a results-driven approach
