Our client is a well-established organisation within the automotive and mobility sector, with a strong footprint in Singapore and across the region.

Job Description

  • Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes for both blue and white collared employees
  • Act as the first point of contact for HR queries and policy guidance
  • Ensure compliance with employment regulations and pass requirements
  • Support employee relations matters, including grievance and disciplinary cases
  • Drive engagement initiatives and analyse employee feedback for improvements
  • Partner with managers on performance reviews, talent development, and decisions
  • Prepare HR reports, manage invoices, and support HR transformation projects



The Successful Applicant

  • Has 2 years of experience in HR generalist or business partnering roles
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR compliance practices
  • Experience managing employee relations and performance management processes
  • Proven ability to engage stakeholders and advise line managers effectively
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail and reporting capabilities
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, operational environment
  • Proficient in MS Office and HRIS Workday
