Act as the main HR contact point in Singapore, responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations across both blue-collar and white-collar employee groups, while serving as a proactive partner with strong understanding of HR functions and employee relations.

Job Description

  • Partner hiring managers on manpower needs and recruitment strategies
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment including sourcing, interviewing, offer, and onboarding
  • Use multiple sourcing channels to attract talent
  • Maintain candidate relationships and provide recruitment updates to stakeholders
  • Prepare salary proposals and coordinate onboarding administration
  • Conduct onboarding and support employee training programmes
  • Maintain competency records and support L&D initiatives
  • Support employees with HR systems and queries
  • Coordinate engagement activities and manage offboarding
  • Advise managers on performance and disciplinary matters
  • Manage pass renewals and employee records
  • Ensure HR policies comply with Singapore regulations
  • Stay updated on MOM, TAFEP, SNEF guidelines
  • Support consistent policy application and HR decisions
  • Provide HR advisory support to managers
  • Support daily HR and office operations
  • Contribute to KPIs, projects, and cross-functional initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with safety and HR standards
  • Be involved in ad-hoc HR projects and matters

The Successful Applicant

  • Has more than 3 years of HR operations and generalist experiences within similar industries
  • Has experience in managing white and blue-collared employees
  • Strong knowledge of HR policies and payroll regulations
  • Experience working with payroll systems and HRIS
  • High attention to detail with strong numerical skills.
  • Ability to manage discreet information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Thrive in fast-paced environment
  • Proficient in MS Office, Excel PIVOTABLE, VLOOKUP.
