This is a senior regional HR leadership role with end-to-end responsibility for shaping and delivering the people and culture strategy across Asia Pacific. The position plays a critical role in supporting business growth, leadership effectiveness, and organisational transformation in a matrixed, international organisation.

Job Description

  • Own and execute the APAC people and culture strategy aligned to global direction
  • Act as a trusted advisor to the APAC President and regional leadership team
  • Lead organisational design, workforce planning, and succession strategies
  • Drive leadership development, talent management, and performance frameworks
  • Ensure effective governance across compensation, rewards, and HR operations
  • Lead change initiatives across diverse, multi-cultural markets
  • Build and develop high-performing regional HR teams

The Successful Applicant

  • 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including regional leadership exposure
  • Proven track record in complex, matrixed, multi-country organisations
  • Strong experience partnering senior executives on transformation and growth
  • Deep capability across talent, leadership development, and organisational effectiveness
  • Commercially astute with the ability to balance governance and agility
  • Experience within industrial, engineering, manufacturing, or B2B environments
