Job Description

  • Build and own a pipeline of enterprise B2B2C partners across APAC
  • Identify, source, and close new high‑value logos within defined ICPs
  • Run a full consultative sales cycle from discovery to contract signature
  • Structure commercial models tied to transaction flow, take‑rate, or volume
  • Deliver against an annual quota with clear pipeline coverage discipline
  • Lead partner onboarding, integration, and early‑stage ramp‑up post‑close
  • Work cross‑functionally with product, legal, finance, and pricing teams
  • Maintain accurate pipeline reporting using CRM
  • Engage senior stakeholders across commercial, technical, and executive teams
  • Represent the business at regional partner meetings and industry events

The Successful Applicant

  • 8-12 years of enterprise business development or new‑logo sales experience
  • Recent experience as a quota‑carrying individual contributor
  • Proven track record of closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
  • Background in B2B2C, fintech, payments, platforms, or transaction‑led models
  • Strong commercial acumen and confidence in negotiating long‑term agreements
  • Comfortable engaging C‑suite and senior decision‑makers
  • Data‑driven, self‑motivated, and able to operate autonomously in a flat setup
