Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end production operations, from planning to delivery
  • Drive production scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity planning
  • Optimise supply chain, inventory, and procurement of critical materials
  • Lead cost management initiatives, including forecasting and budgeting
  • Implement continuous improvement strategies (Lean, 5S, process optimisation)
  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and ISO standards
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing production team

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree or diploma in Operations, Engineering, or Supply Chain
  • 5+ years of manufacturing experience, including leadership exposure
  • Strong background in production planning, process improvement, and operations management
  • Experience managing end-to-end manufacturing and supply chain processes
  • Proven ability in cost control, budgeting, and operational optimisation
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and workplace safety standards
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
