This is a rare leadership role to design and implement a global total rewards framework for an international headquarters based in Singapore. You will partner closely with senior leaders to shape compensation, incentives and mobility strategies that support rapid global growth.

Job Description

  • Design and roll out an end‑to‑end international total rewards framework
  • Establish job architecture, grading and salary structures across regions
  • Lead short‑term and long‑term incentive plans for senior leaders and key talent
  • Advise on executive compensation, offers and retention strategies
  • Oversee global mobility policies including expatriation and tax alignment
  • Ensure rewards compliance across multiple international jurisdictions
  • Use workforce data and analytics to support budgeting and cost governance

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience with strong depth in total rewards, preferably in technology, high‑tech manufacturing or similar sectors
  • Proven experience leading regional or global rewards programmes
  • Strong capability in compensation modelling, benchmarking and HR systems
  • Experience partnering senior leadership and influencing at executive level
  • Exposure to building or transforming rewards frameworks in growth environments
