Job Description

  • Lead end-to-end global payroll operations across multiple jurisdictions
  • Manage external vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
  • Oversee compensation frameworks, salary benchmarking, and annual review cycles
  • Design and optimise employee benefits programmes across regions
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and labour requirements globally
  • Drive automation, systems improvements, and data governance initiatives
  • Support audits, risk mitigation, and policy development for payroll & C&B

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • 10+ years of experience in payroll, compensation & benefits
  • Strong exposure to multi-country or global payroll environments
  • Experience working with HRIS and payroll systems (SAP SuccessFactors)
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across HR, Finance, and leadership teams
  • Hands-on experience leading process improvements or transformation initiatives
  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and governance
