We are seeking a skilled BIM Manager to oversee the implementation and management of Building Information Modelling (BIM) processes within the engineering sector. With growing demand across the data centre sector, the company is expanding its Southeast Asia team and looking to strengthen its BIM capability from Singapore.

Our client is a leading data centre infrastructure solutions provider with a strong presence across the APAC region. The business supports mission-critical environments through end-to-end solutions covering technical design, pre-sales support, manufacturing coordination, installation, commissioning, and post-project customer support.

Job Description

  • Lead BIM delivery across multiple data centre projects in Southeast Asia
  • Develop, manage, and grow the regional BIM team
  • Establish BIM standards, workflows, templates, and coordination processes
  • Oversee BIM modelling, clash detection, design coordination, and technical documentation
  • Work closely with internal design, project, and delivery teams to ensure project requirements are met
  • Partner with clients, consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders on technical coordination
  • Support regional strategy and capability development for BIM and digital delivery
  • Represent the business in technical discussions, coordination meetings, and project reviews

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven experience in a BIM Manager / BIM Lead role
  • Strong hands-on knowledge of Autodesk Revit and BIM coordination tools
  • Experience managing complex, multidisciplinary projects
  • Prior exposure to data centre, mission-critical, MEP, industrial, or large-scale infrastructure projects would be highly preferred
  • Ability to build, mentor, and manage a BIM team
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Comfortable working in a regional, fast-growing project environment
