Job Description

  • Drive strategic solution sales growth across network and cloud portfolios.
  • Lead high‑value enterprise pursuits and manage complex, multi‑stakeholder engagements.
  • Engage at the executive level with customers to shape digital transformation roadmaps.
  • Guide solution sales managers on commercial strategy, pricing, deal governance, and value articulation.
  • Partner with presales architects to ensure solution quality, feasibility, and delivery readiness.
  • Oversee commercial reviews, pricing validation, and risk assessment for major deals.
  • Manage strategic vendor relationships and support GTM initiatives.
  • Contribute to forecasting accuracy, pipeline quality, and management reporting.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Associate Director, ICT Solution Sales should have:

  • More than 8 years of enterprise ICT solution sales experience, ideally spanning cloud, network, and managed services.
  • A strong ability to lead complex deals and influence senior business and technical stakeholders.
  • Excellent commercial acumen with sound judgment in pricing, margins, and delivery risk.
  • A consultative, strategic mindset, able to articulate value in terms of business outcomes.
  • A proven track record in handling large deals preferably within the government sector.
