Job Description

  • Manage day‑to‑day compensation and benefits administration, including annual salary and bonus exercises
  • Support the review and enhancement of compensation structures, policies and frameworks
  • Conduct market benchmarking and job evaluations to ensure external competitiveness and internal equity
  • Partner HR Business Partners and internal stakeholders on C&B advisory matters
  • Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and internal governance standards
  • Support regional C&B projects, process improvements and system enhancements
  • Prepare compensation reports and analytics to support management decision‑making

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors.
  • At least 8 years of proven experience in compensation and benefits within a structured HR environment
  • Strong working knowledge of salary structures, incentive schemes and employee benefits
  • Hands‑on experience supporting annual remuneration and benchmarking exercises
  • Ability to analyse HR data and prepare insights for stakeholders
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities
