Job Description

  • Partner with business leaders to deliver end-to-end recruitment across Singapore and selected APAC markets
  • Act as a trusted HR partner supporting onboarding, employee lifecycle and day-to-day HR operations
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and contribute to the enhancement of the employee value proposition
  • Develop and curate internal communications across regional platforms and leadership touchpoints
  • Support regional HR projects, including workforce initiatives, process improvements and data-driven insights
  • Contribute to sustainability and ESG-related people initiatives, including internal reporting and communications



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 5+ years of proven experience across talent acquisition and HR operations in a regional or matrix environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence across functions and seniority levels
  • Demonstrated capability in employee engagement, internal communications or culture-related initiatives
  • Structured, detail-oriented and comfortable managing multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proactive, resilient and able to operate effectively in a fast-moving, evolving organisation
