Job Description

  • Develop and execute sales strategies across assigned APAC territories
  • Identify, pursue and convert new business opportunities in naval defence
  • Build and maintain relationships with government bodies and key stakeholders
  • Lead bid management including technical and commercial proposal development
  • Manage key accounts and drive forecast accuracy and revenue growth
  • Collaborate with global teams on technical solutions and project delivery
  • Represent the organisation at industry events, trade shows, and conferences

The Successful Applicant

A successful Area Sales Manager should have:

  • Degree in Electronics Engineering or a related discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in defence, ideally within naval domain
  • Strong understanding of naval systems (e.g. communications, CMS, EW)
  • Commercially astute with experience in complex B2G or B2B sales
  • Proven ability to manage stakeholders across technical and business functions
  • Willingness to travel across the region on short notice
