Job Description

  • Take end-to-end ownership of a portfolio of hospitality and MICE accounts, managing revenue, growth and retention
  • Build and execute medium- to long-term account strategies aligned to customer business priorities
  • Identify and deliver cross-sell and upsell opportunities across a broad technology solutions portfolio
  • Develop trusted relationships with senior stakeholders including general management, IT and finance leaders
  • Lead complex deal pursuits, including opportunity qualification and tender strategy
  • Coordinate internal specialists to deliver compelling, customer-aligned solutions
  • Maintain robust pipeline management, forecasting accuracy and customer satisfaction

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Manager should have:

  • Degree in Business, Information Technology or a related discipline
  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience within telecommunications, IT or technology services
  • Proven experience managing enterprise or hospitality-related client accounts
  • Strong consultative selling capability with a track record of driving new business growth
  • Commercially astute with the ability to build and execute structured account plans
  • Comfortable engaging senior stakeholders and managing complex sales cycles
