Job Description

  • Own full responsibility for revenue growth within large manufacturing accounts
  • Develop executive-level relationships across technology and operations leaders
  • Drive complex solution sales covering connectivity, managed services and hybrid IT
  • Lead multi-site and multi-country deal pursuits from strategy to closure
  • Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to shape proposals
  • Act as a trusted advisor on smart manufacturing and digital infrastructure
  • Build long-term account plans aligned to customers' transformation roadmaps

The Successful Applicant

A successful Account Director (IT & Manufacturing Industries) should have:

  • More than 8 years of enterprise sales experience within technology or IT services
  • Proven track record selling into manufacturing or industrial organisations
  • Experience managing large, complex and multi-country sales cycles
  • Strong ability to engage senior stakeholders at C-suite and director level
  • Solid understanding of enterprise IT, cloud and managed service models
  • Commercially astute with strong negotiation and deal-structuring skills
