This is an individual‑contributor HR role supporting the Singapore office of an established financial services organisation. The position focuses on operational HR excellence, statutory compliance and day‑to‑day employee support while partnering closely with regional HR leadership.

Our client is a well‑established international financial services group with a growing presence in Asia. Operating in a highly regulated environment, the organisation places strong emphasis on governance, people processes and local market compliance, while remaining closely connected to its regional and headquarters teams. They have established an office in Singapore a couple of years ago, serving as a SEA regional platform to manage cross-border investment flows.

Job Description

  • Manage end‑to‑end HR operations for the Singapore office, covering the full employee lifecycle
  • Support recruitment activities including job postings, interview coordination and onboarding
  • Oversee local payroll processing and employee benefits administration in collaboration with regional teams
  • Act as the first point of contact for employee relations matters and HR‑related queries
  • Handle government claims, statutory submissions
  • Prepare HR reports, surveys and data required by internal stakeholders and authorities
  • Support local audits and ensure adherence to Singapore employment regulations

The Successful Applicant

A successful HR professional should have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related discipline
  • 8+ years of HR generalist experience with strong exposure to Singapore HR operations
  • Solid working knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and statutory requirements
  • Hands‑on experience managing payroll and employee benefits locally
  • Proven ability to support recruitment activities and collaborate with regional HR teams
  • Experience preparing HR documentation and data for audits or regulatory reviews
