Job Description

  • Lead and manage end‑to‑end tender preparation and submission
  • Coordinate with internal engineering, design, and commercial teams
  • Conduct cost estimation, budgeting, and BOQ reviews
  • Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations
  • Prepare technical proposals, presentations, and documentation
  • Monitor tender performance and maintain market-rate knowledge
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes and submission requirements
  • Guide and mentor junior tender coordinators where needed

The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field
  • At least 6 years of experience in tendering or project/commercial roles within the engineering/construction environment
  • Strong understanding of M&E systems or technical project scopes
  • Experience preparing complex tender submissions and cost plans
  • Proficient with MS Office and cost‑management tools
  • Strong communication, organisational, and presentation skills
  • Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple submissions concurrently
