Job Description



  • Define and enforce SAP ABAP development, integration (PI/PO/CPI), portal, and security standards


  • Manage end-to-end technical delivery for S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, and selected non-SAP systems (e.g., iValua, CCH Tagetik)


  • Own the enterprise integration strategy and a 3-year technology roadmap


  • Lead a global AMS team across in-house and offshore setups


  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and ensure SLA adherence


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project delivery with minimal defects


  • Provide governance, review technical designs, and act as the subject matter expert



The Successful Applicant



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field


  • At least 6 years of SAP development experience (ABAP/FIORI/HANA, PI/PO/CPI)


  • Strong consulting background with hands-on delivery across at least 3 major SAP implementation projects


  • Demonstrated ability to lead hybrid teams and define technical standards


  • Familiarity with non-SAP enterprise tools (e.g., iValua, Tagetik) is a strong advantage


  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
