Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end corporate secretarial matters for group entities
  • Manage board, board committee and shareholder meeting processes
  • Prepare agendas, resolutions, board papers and formal minutes
  • Serve as a key point of contact for board members on governance matters
  • Ensure statutory and regulatory compliance across all entities
  • Coordinate filings, annual returns and entity maintenance locally and overseas
  • Support incorporation and structuring of new entities as required

The Successful Applicant

A successful Team Lead, Corporate Secretarial should have:

  • Recognised professional qualification to act as Company Secretary in Singapore
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in corporate secretarial or governance roles
  • Strong working knowledge of the Companies Act and regulatory requirements
  • Proven ability to manage board-level processes and senior stakeholders
  • Capable of working independently in a structured, deadline-driven environment
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
