An exciting opportunity for an experienced Solution Manager (AI & Smart Manufacturing) to drive the development and deployment of AI-enabled Smart Manufacturing solutions within a leading global technology organization. You will own solution initiatives from concept through delivery, working closely with business, engineering, and data teams to improve operational performance and manufacturing efficiency.

Job Description

    • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
    • Experience in Solution Ownership, Business Analysis, or digital solution delivery.
    • Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
    • Ability to translate business challenges into scalable technology solutions.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management capabilities.
    • Experience with AI, ML, analytics, or Smart Manufacturing initiatives is advantageous.
    • Exposure to manufacturing, process engineering, or industrial operations is preferred.
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with global cross-functional teams.

The Successful Applicant

    • Own and prioritize solution requirements for manufacturing and operational improvement initiatives.
    • Partner with stakeholders to identify opportunities to enhance output, productivity, and efficiency.
    • Collaborate with engineering, analytics, and data science teams to deliver AI-driven solutions.
    • Drive solution development from concept through deployment and adoption.
    • Identify process gaps and recommend technology-enabled improvements.
    • Lead cross-functional projects and coordinate global stakeholders.
    • Monitor solution performance and drive continuous optimization.
    • Support the scaling and integration of digital solutions across global operations.
