Job Description

  • Lead the roadmap and execution of product and lifecycle transformation
  • Drive end-to-end process improvements across engineering functions
  • Optimise product workflows, data structures, and digital ecosystems
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across R&D, Quality, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain, etc
  • Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and programme tracking
  • Drive change management to ensure adoption and sustainability
  • Deliver initiatives that improve product velocity and operational efficiency

The Successful Applicant

  • 10+ years' experience in product lifecycle management, product development, or transformation
  • Proven track record driving cross-functional strategic initiatives
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience across engineering, manufacturing, and data environments
  • Knowledge of product lifecycle processes and system optimisation
  • Ability to operate as a hands-on strategic individual contributor
