Job Description

Reporting to senior finance leadership, the successful candidate will:

  • Lead finance operations and oversee financial reporting across overseas entities
  • Manage group consolidation, budgeting, forecasting and business performance analysis
  • Partner with stakeholders to strengthen financial controls, governance and compliance frameworks
  • Support treasury management, external audits and statutory reporting requirements
  • Conduct financial due diligence and analysis for acquisitions and strategic investments
  • Drive post-acquisition finance integration initiatives and process harmonisation
  • Participate in cross-functional transformation projects while mentoring and developing finance talent



The Successful Applicant

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline, with a recognised professional accounting qualification (e.g. CPA, CA, ACCA)
  • Experience in sizable manufacturing set-ups, partnering with regional or overseas finance team
  • Strong experience in financial reporting, consolidation, budgeting and management reporting
  • Exposure to M&A transactions, financial due diligence or integration activities
  • Strong understanding of treasury, tax planning, financial controls and cost management
  • Excellent analytical, stakeholder management and problem-solving capabilities
  • Ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
