About Our Client

My client is a Singapore-based architecture and design consultancy firm, offering a full suite of architectural services from feasibility studies, conceptual planning and building design to interior architecture, landscape design, and contractual/project management.

Job Description

  • Support the team leader in day-to-day design and project responsibilities.
  • Develop concept proposals using SketchUp, 3D rendering tools, or traditional hand-sketching methods.
  • Assist in design development from early concept to detailed stages.
  • Prepare tender drawings, documentation, and design details.
  • Coordinate closely with the project team to ensure the design intent is accurately executed.
  • Contribute to a positive, motivated, and collaborative team environment.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor degree in Architecture/ Interior design.
  • 2 years+ experience in high end residential projects.
  • Good understanding of colour theory and material selection.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Photoshop, AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, and PowerPoint.
