Job Description

Reporting to the General Manager, you will play a key role in supporting both strategic and operational HR initiatives across the APAC region while providing executive support to senior leadership.

  • Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee lifecycle activities.
  • Supporting performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Partnering with business leaders on HR policies, people-related matters, and organisational initiatives.
  • Managing payroll administration and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
  • Coordinating regional HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Providing executive support to the the General Manager with administration, stakeholder coordination, and regional project management.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a broad HR Generalist, or HR Operations role.
  • Familiarity with HR practices, policies and employment laws.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
