This Senior C&B Specialist role is an excellent opportunity for a highly skilled professional to contribute to the Total Rewards COE in defining the C&B philosophy and strategies for the APAC region. You will work with a team of dedicated C&B experts based across different part of the world.

About Our Client

Our client is an established MNC in the logistics industry with strong global footprints. This role is part of the Total Rewards COE in charge of defining the C&B strategies for APAC region. This is an individual contributor role reporting directly to the APAC Rewards Manager.

Job Description

  • Design compensation, incentive, benefits, recognition programs, in partnership with market and functional business leaders as well as HR teams to address business and talent needs
  • Reconcile internal and market compensation and benefits data as well as talent landscape and business requirements
  • Give recommendations to pay review including salary structure redesign, compensation practices and policies enhancement, adoption of new practices, to better meet business needs
  • Conduct job evaluation and recommend application to internal job grade structure and relativity across jobs
  • Review and enhance total rewards policies to align with total rewards strategy and principles and other regions

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related majors
  • At least 4 years of regional experience in Total Rewards or Compensation capacity, within a COE team.
  • Knowledge to process total rewards market data and internal data for gap analysis
  • Technical knowledge and hands-on experience with Mercer or Hays job evaluation methodology will be an added advantage
  • Advanced excel skills: Extensive experience working with large data sets and pulling data from multiple sources
  • Data Visualisation: Ability to transform data findings into customer-centric presentation, hands-on experience with Power BI
  • Excellent presentation, verbal and written communication skills in English, as the role is expected to interact with senior leaders
