Job Description

  • Oversee end-to-end payroll governance, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness
  • Manage compensation and benefits operations including annual cycles and vendor partnerships
  • Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and strengthen payroll controls and audit processes
  • Act as subject matter expert for payroll, benefits, and policy advisory
  • Own HRIS (Workday) operations, including data integrity, reporting, and system optimisation
  • Lead process improvements and identify automation opportunities
  • Provide guidance and oversight to a junior team member and support broader HR initiatives



The Successful Applicant

  • Has more than 5 years of hands-on experience in payroll and HR operations in Singapore
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end payroll with strong statutory compliance knowledge
  • Solid background in compensation & benefits administration and vendor management
  • Experience working with HRIS platforms (e.g. Workday, SAP)
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities
  • High attention to detail with the ability to manage complexity and risk
  • Effective stakeholder management skills with a collaborative working style
  • Demonstrated ability to drive process improvements and work with shared services
  • Proficient in MS Office, VLOOKUP, Pivotable and HRIS.
