Job Description

  • Monitor and manage security alerts and incidents to ensure a secure environment.
  • Conduct in-depth analysis and investigation of security events and vulnerabilities.
  • Implement and maintain security controls and measures to prevent potential threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve security issues efficiently.
  • Provide detailed reports and recommendations for improving security protocols.
  • Assist in the deployment and configuration of security tools and technologies.
  • Stay updated on emerging security threats and industry best practices.
  • Support audits and compliance checks to meet regulatory requirements.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Security Operations L2 should have:

  • Experience in security operations within the Technology & Telecoms industry.
  • Strong knowledge of security tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Proficiency in analysing and responding to security incidents.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical teams.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
