This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing operations team supporting securities settlements across Asia. You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth post-trade execution while partnering with trading desks and market participants.

Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end securities settlement processes within tight deadlines
  • Ensure timely trade matching, settlement, and reconciliation activities
  • Liaise extensively with brokers, custodians, and counterparties daily
  • Monitor and resolve trade discrepancies, settlement breaks, and fails
  • Adhere to market cut-offs and regulatory requirements across APAC
  • Prepare reports and support ongoing process and control improvements
  • Partner closely with internal stakeholders to mitigate operational risk

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelors Degree in relevant field
  • At-least 1 year of experience in securities settlements or related operations
  • Strong understanding of equities or financial markets
