Job Description

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities across assigned markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align solutions with client needs

The Successful Applicant

A successful Sales Manager should have:

  • Bachelor's degree and above in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Mechanial Engineering, Business or equivalent.
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or B2B sales
  • Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the building industry.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and close deals
  • Experience in project-based or solution-driven sales environments
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive approach to growth
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and evolving environment
