Job Description

  • Lead major regional tender proposals and deliver compelling, customer‑centric logistics concepts.
  • Manage and mentor solution engineers across countries to ensure high‑quality output.
  • Introduce innovative technologies, best practices, and forward‑looking models into customer solutions.
  • Conduct customer workshops to identify supply chain challenges and map them to winning solution strategies.
  • Present proposed solutions as part of high‑stakes tender processes.
  • Build and manage strategic partnerships with key vendors to optimise costing and lead time.
  • Oversee complex implementations and optimisation projects aligned to solution design.
  • Define best practices, shape future roadmap, and mentor engineering teams across the region.



The Successful Applicant

  • Extensive experience in logistics solution design and customer‑facing engagements.
  • Ability to lead large‑scale tenders and complex multi‑market projects.
  • Strong commercial understanding and solutioning mindset.
  • Expertise in technology, automation, and modern warehousing concepts.
  • Strong stakeholder management across customers, internal teams, and external partners.
