This newly created position offers the opportunity to work closely with senior HR leadership and influence key people initiatives across multiple countries.Job DescriptionPartner with business leaders and managers on employee relations, talent and organisational development mattersDrive regional HR projects focused on process optimisation, automation and operational efficiencyReview current HR frameworks and recommend improvements to enhance employee experience and service deliverySupport workforce planning, talent management and succession planning discussions across the regionCollaborate with country HR teams to ensure consistent implementation of HR policies and initiativesAnalyse HR metrics and trends to provide insights that support business decision-makingAssist with selected recruitment activities and key talent acquisition initiatives as requiredThe Successful ApplicantDegree qualified in Human Resources, Business or a related disciplineProven experience in an HR Business Partner, HR Advisor or broad-based HR Generalist capacityStrong understanding of HR operations, processes and best practicesDemonstrated experience leading process improvement, transformation or operational excellence initiativesAbility to influence and build credibility with senior stakeholders across different functionsExperience working within a regional or multi-country environment will be highly regardedHands-on, adaptable and comfortable operating in an evolving role with broad responsibilitiesStrong analytical and project management capabilitiesWhat's on OfferThis is an excellent opportunity to join a respected regional organisation at a pivotal stage of its HR transformation journey.
