The organisation operates within a complex environment and is recognised for strong governance and disciplined financial management. Due to ongoing business demands, they are seeking a Regional Financial Controller to strengthen the regional finance function.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end financial control and month‑end close for multiple APAC entities
  • Ensure statutory, tax, and regulatory compliance across jurisdictions
  • Strengthen internal controls, policies, and governance frameworks
  • Partner regional finance teams and senior stakeholders on financial matters
  • Oversee cash flow planning, intercompany activities, and working capital
  • Drive process improvements across systems, reporting, and controls
  • Lead and develop a high‑performing regional finance team

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Controller should have:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
  • 10+ years of relevant finance experience with regional exposure and the initial years starting out in Big 4
  • Strong working knowledge of IFRS and APAC tax environments
  • Proven experience in financial control, compliance, and governance
  • Ability to operate hands‑on while influencing senior stakeholders
  • Track record of leading, coaching, and developing finance professionals
